Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo will have a CT scan on his left collarbone this week, according to a report on the Cowboys’ official site, via David Helman.
Per Romo, he's having a CT scan this week to determine if his shoulder needs surgery. Added that the shoulder and back feel good.

Romo missed 12 games after breaking the collarbone twice in 2015 and has broken it three times overall. Romo has already said that he may have surgery to insert a plate into the collarbone to prevent future fractures, but there’s no doubt that it may be time for the Cowboys to start planning for the future.
Sure, Romo is great at what he does when healthy, but he’s almost 36 years old and is no longer a spring chicken.
That said, if his collarbone is going to be this much of an issue, it may be time for Dallas to either draft a quarterback or bring someone like Johnny Manziel aboard in case Romo goes down again.
