Class of 2016 four-star athlete Tre Jackson has de-committed from South Carolina, according to a statement on his Twitter.

Jackson, who currently attends University Laboratory School in Baton Rouge, also has offers from Tulane, Florida, Kansas State and many others. His father, Jack, is a former Gators star receiver, so perhaps they could be viewed as a slight favorite. Just what position he’ll play on the collegiate level remains to be seen, as we won’t have a clearer answer on that until he makes his decision in the coming days.
