Blake Griffin broke his hand in fight with team staffer?

Los Angeles Clippers power forward and dunker extraordinaire Blake Griffin is in the headlines, and for the wrong reasons. The 26-year-old, according to ESPN, broke his right hand in what was first reported as an “undisclosed team-related incident” but thanks to tweets from ESPN’s Michael Eaves, we now have further details.

This does not look good under any circumstances. Sure, Griffin is the Clippers’ best player and averages 23.2 points and 8.7 rebounds per game, but that doesn’t give him the right to push around team staffers. He’s already going to miss some time with the broken hand, but it wouldn’t at all be shocking if he also drew a heavy fine and was suspended for some games once he is healed.
