Former Buckeyes running back will be on ‘Criminal Minds’ tonight

Former Ohio State running back Maurice Hall will appear on tonight’s episode of CBS crime drama Criminal Minds, according to a tweet from Matt Barnes of Columbus NBC affiliate WCMH.

Hall played for four years under longtime Buckeyes coach Jim Tressel and was on the 2002 team that won a national championship. In his college career, he ran for 974 yards and six touchdowns while serving primarily as a kickoff return specialist, racking up 1,593 yards on 70 returns.

And Criminal Minds could very well be Hall’s biggest role yet. Per his IMDB page, he has appeared in various independent projects along with two episodes of The Mindy Project. It’s great to see that he found a career path after his football career didn’t pan out. Thus, if you’re a Buckeyes fan, be sure to tune your TV to CBS tonight at 9 p.m. ET, 8 p.m. CT to see Hall flash the acting chops!
