The fact that Manziel’s doctors have gotten involved is a scary prospect. Be it for physical or mental health reasons, the fact that they needed to be consulted along with Manziel being just 23 years old is terrifying. For someone who was recently a first-round draft pick and seemed to have a long career ahead of him, Manziel has inched closer and closer to rock bottom over the past few months, and his agent dropping him as a client after just two years is simply the latest development.
