Dennis Rodman wants to coach the Knicks

The New York Knicks have a head coaching vacancy and according to TMZ, Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman wants the job, per a post on his Twitter.

There’s no denying that Rodman’s basketball career speaks for itself, as he led the league in rebounding seven times and won five championship rings, three of which came playing under Knicks team president Phil Jackson when Jackson coached the Chicago Bulls.

But the truth is that though it would be incredibly fun to watch Rodman coach an NBA team, he is just too erratic a personality for a franchise like the Knicks, who need a steady and guiding hand if they are ever to contend for a championship again.
