One of the strangest moves former Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly made last offseason was trading quarterback Nick Foles to the former St. Louis Rams for Sam Bradford. There weren’t very many people happy with the move and they let the organization know on all platforms of social media.
It looks like the Eagles, who just hired Doug Pederson as their new head coach last month, could be bringing back Foles for another run in Philly. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that the Eagles will not use their franchise tag on Bradford and want to bring Foles back for the 2016 season.
For those who missed it: Eagles will not use franchise tag on QB Sam Bradford and they are expected to inquire about adding QB Nick Foles.

Bradford threw for 3,725 yards and 19 touchdowns against 14 interceptions as the team finished 8-8 and missed the playoffs. Bringing Foles back may be the smartest move for the Eagles.
During his three-year career with the team, he threw for 6,753 yards and 46 touchdowns against 17 interceptions. He also set the single-game record for most passing touchdowns with seven in a 2013 game.
