March 1 is the deadline for teams to place their franchise tags on players. Klis speculates that Denver will take a similar approach to how they handled Demaryius Thomas last year, as Thomas was franchise tagged before inking a five-year, $70 million extension before training camp
Given how big a role Miller played in Denver winning Super Bowl 50 last week along with the fact that he is one of the NFL’s top pass-rushers, don’t be shocked if Broncos management takes a similar route with the potential free agent.
