Back in mid-January, reports were coming out that Michigan running back Derrick Green was transferring out of the program. Friday, coach Jim Harbaugh confirmed the reports.

Green, a 5-foot-11, 240-pound running back, was a five-star recruit back in 2013 coming out of the state of Virginia. He totaled 898 rushing yards and seven touchdowns during his three seasons at Michigan. It is not yet known where he plans on playing next.
