College Football Playoff trophy now on display at Alabama facility

The Alabama Crimson Tide rolled through the 2015 college football season on their way to their 16th national championship in school history. It was a pretty dominant performance for them all year long and they are pretty proud of what they accomplished.

On Thursday, offensive line coach Mario Cristobal posted a photo of the College Football Playoff trophy on display at the team’s facility. They won the trophy by beating then-undefeated Clemson, 45-40 on January 11 and it looks pretty good.

That looks pretty awesome, but I can guarantee the Crimson Tide are looking forward to bringing home number 17 once the 2016 season rolls around. With most of their defense coming back and the number one recruiting class in the country, who’s to argue with them?

That pretty display should also help the Crimson Tide land some more big-name recruits over the next few years. But, honestly, does Nick Saban need that much more help?
