Video: Clemson releases highlight video of entire 2015 season

2015 was, on the whole, a great season for the Clemson Tigers. It was so great that the football team’s video department produced a video highlighting the season.

Check it out below!

Though Clemson was expected to do well in 2015, the year was not without bumps in the road. Star wide receiver Mike Williams suffered a small neck fracture in the season opener against Wofford and missed the rest of the season, and teams like Notre Dame and Louisville proved to be tough opponents over the course of the season.

But that didn’t stop Clemson. The Tigers rode on the back of star dual-threat quarterback and eventual Heisman Trophy finalist DeShaun Watson to an undefeated regular season and big win over North Carolina in the ACC Championship game that culminated with Clemson landing a No. 1 seed in the College Football Playoff.

Clemson’s magic continued in an Orange Bowl victory over Oklahoma, but the young Tigers were still no match for the tough defense of Alabama.

That all being said, though this video doesn’t end with a national championship, Clemson fans can still look at it with fondness because when push comes to shove, the Tigers had a lot to be proud of in 2015.
