Broncos offer Brock Osweiler 3-year, $45 million contract.

Oh what a time it is to be a quarterback in the NFL.

According to News 9 in Colorado, the Denver Broncos have made an offer to pending free agent quarterback Brock Osweiler that would keep him as the team’s starting signal caller for a few more years. It would also make him a very rich man.

The team has reportedly offered Osweiler a three-year contract that is worth more than $45 million. The reported package will include a number of incentives for the 25-year old.

During his time as the team’s starter in 2015, Osweiler went 5-2, threw for 1,967 yards, 10 touchdowns and six interceptions. His play allowed the eventual Super Bowl champions to make the playoffs.

Despite Peyton Manning not officially making a decision on his playing future, the Broncos have already decided to move on from the future Hall of Famer. The team is expected to release him before his $19 million guarantee goes into effect next week, and will focus on keeping Osweiler in Denver.
