Okung hasn’t ruled out a return to the Seahawks, but it makes sense for him to gauge his value on the open market. The former sixth overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft, Okung made the Pro Bowl in 2012, and has been a starter every year in the league.

That being said, he has yet to play a full season because of various foot injuries. That history could lead to some teams questioning his overall durability, and if he really is worth the money he’ll likely demand from teams.

NFL free agency gets started with the “legal tampering” window on Monday, March 7, when teams and players can meet and talk, but can’t discuss actual contracts.
