With Peyton Manning announcing his retirement on Monday afternoon, the NFL saw one of the greatest quarterbacks of all-time step away from the game he loves.
To honor the future Hall-of-Famer, EA Sports decided to release a tribute video to the great 18, showcasing the quarterback in every Madden NFL game he had been a part of.

One thing that truly stands out from the video is that, not only have the graphics improved tremendously over the last 18 years, but Manning had never graced the cover of a Madden video game. Players like Peyton Hillis and Vince Young made the cover, but never Manning. It’s a downright travesty.
Then again, at least he avoided the Madden curse, right?
