If you have to point to one player on the ice to deliver a big hit, it is likely your hockey team’s “enforcer” that comes on to make his presence known. However, Winchester High School in Massachusetts simply needs to call on their goalie.
During a game against Arlington Catholic, Winchester goalie Christy Redler delivered the big hit that sent Arlington Catholic’s Mason Beecher to another world.

It’s probably not the most fair thing for a goalie to obliterate an opponent who is on a breakaway, but hey, it gave us a great highlight.
