One of the strong points the LSU Tigers have for their offense is their dominant receiving corps. Both Travin Dural and Malachi Dupre look to be big pieces for their offense in 2016 and it looks like the latter is ready to show off his skills in the 2016 season.
Dupre was the team’s leading receiver in 2015 and he will likely be a big piece of their success in 2016. He showed off his hands at practice on Monday evening and it’s pretty clear why he will be a threat to all defenses this fall.
During his sophomore season, Dupre recorded 698 yards and six touchdowns. He has racked up more than 1,000 yards in just two years with the Tigers and he will probably be a member of the Biletnikoff Award watch list to open the season.
I think head coach Les Miles needs to figure out ways to get him the football a lot this year.
The Tigers are set to open their 2016 campaign against the Wisconsin Badgers on Sept. 3 at Lambeau Field.
