The Washington Redskins officially parted ways with quarterback Robert Griffin III on Monday and he is wasting little time trying to find his new home. He has already expressed his interest in joining the Los Angeles Rams and he will reportedly make a visit later on today.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Griffin is scheduled to stay on the East Coast and make a visit with the New York Jets on Friday. This could be huge for Todd Bowles’s club as they are likely going to lose Ryan Fitzpatrick very soon.

There have reportedly been upwards of ten teams interested in Robert Griffin III, so the Jets could have had their name in his pool for some time now. Bringing in a player like Griffin could really be a big move for the team.
He would be playing behind one of the AFC’s best offensive lines. Having him and newly-signed running back Matt Forte on the team would be a huge deal for the Jets.
