NFL linebacker D’Qwell Jackson was recently accused of attacking a pizza delivery boy over an argument involving a parking space. According to TMZ, he was found guilty in the case against him.

Jackson was arrested for the incident back in January when said pizza boy claimed that Jackson punched him in the face. The two were said to have argued over a parking spot when Jackson allegedly hit the boy in the back of the head, according to officials.

Jackson was found guilty of simple assault, today.

This is a misdemeanor charge and Jackson faces up to 180 days in jail.

Jackson joined the Indianapolis Colts from the Cleveland Browns in March of 2014 where he signed a 4-year, $22 million deal. He was named an alternate in the 2014 Pro Bowl and named AFC Defensive Player of the Week back in the 13th week of the 2014 season.

Jackson is due for sentencing next month. So far, representatives have declined to comment on the situation.
