Each team is more than deserving of such an honor. North Carolina won the ACC and earned a No. 1 seed after yet another strong season under Hall of Fame coach Roy Williams, and Brice Johnson proved to be a rebounding machine while also developing his game as a whole. UConn’s women’s basketball team is undefeated heading into the big dance once again as it seeks its fourth consecutive championship and 11th under Hall of Fame coach Geno Auriemma.

Oklahoma can be streaky, but guard Buddy Hield ranked second in the nation in scoring and was the Big 12 Player of the Year. In terms of Iowa, they started slumping late in the season, but Jared Uthoff proved to be a phenomenal leader regardless.

Thus, be sure to get to the newsstand and pick this issue up, regardless of who’s on the cover, and stay tuned to Campus Sports for further updates from the NCAA Tournament!
