Earlier this week, the Miami Dolphins missed out on signing Denver Broncos’ running back C.J. Anderson. Now, they are looking elsewhere to sign Lamar Miller’s replacement in former Arizona Cardinal Chris Johnson.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Johnson is visiting with the Dolphins on Wednesday. This comes after the Broncos matched the Dolphins’ offer sheet for Anderson.
After missing out on CJ Anderson, Dolphins moving in on another CJ: former Cards' RB Chris Johnson, who's visiting Miami today, per source.

Johnson has bounced around the league since leaving the Tennessee Titans in 2013. He spent the 2014 season with the New York Jets and last season with the Cardinals.
Chris Johnson has rushed for nearly 10,000 yards on his career and brought on 54 touchdowns during his career. He won the NFL rushing title in his second year in the league, rushing for 2,006 yards and nearly breaking the single-season NFL record.
He could certainly be a great addition for the Dolphins. This will be a big visit to watch over the next few weeks.
