NFL Draft 2016: Derrick Henry visiting Cowboys, Panthers

The reigning Heisman Trophy winner is getting plenty of interest in his services at the next level. Former Alabama running back Derrick Henry is making the rounds ahead of the 2016 NFL Draft and his next two stops are with prominent NFC teams.

During a recent conversation, Henry revealed he has visits scheduled with the Dallas Cowboys and Carolina Panthers.

Due to Henry’s running style, he is going to need to be behind an impressive offensive line to excel at the next level. Carolina is working to improve its, while Dallas has one of the best in the entire league.

Unfortunately for Henry, the Cowboys aren’t going to draft him with the No. 4 overall pick.

Dallas could, however, select Henry in the second round. That is, of course, if Derrick Henry can get past the No. 30 pick which belongs to the Panthers.
