Thon Maker sets visits, to decide by late April

The NCAA Tournament is just heating up right now, but that doesn’t mean it’s too early for some teams to look forward to the 2016-17 season. One big-time player yet to decide is five-star power forward Thon Maker.

Maker has cut his decision down to just six schools and is set to visit half of them very soon. He will visit UNLV, Arizona State, and Notre Dame in the coming weeks and is expected to make a decision by late April.

Thon Maker has already visited Kansas, Indiana, and St. John’s and he will make a decision between those six schools. Currently, the 7-foot, 205-pound forward is the No. 2 power forward in the country and the No. 10 overall player in the class of 2016.

There is no doubt that Maker is going to be a top player in the country next season and likely a future first-round draft pick.
