NCAA Wrestling Championship results 2016: Full finals results

On Saturday, the 2016 NCAA Wrestling Championships at Madison Square Garden in New York City came to a close as the championship final matches were held in primetime.

Leading up to the finals, there were a handful of upsets but also some familiar names.

Wrestlers like Nick Dwiazdowski, Nahshon Garrett, Zain Retherford and Gabe Dean were taking the mat to wrap up another successful tournament. Guys like Bryce Meredith of Wyoming and Ohio State’s Myles Martin were hoping to cap off unlikely runs.
