Robert Griffin III met with Browns Saturday

Robert Griffin III has been pretty busy visiting with teams since officially being released from the Washington Redskins. He has been all over the NFL making official visits and his latest stop was with the Cleveland Browns on Saturday.

Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports 1 reported that Griffin had a visit with the Browns and that there were some promising signs.

This would be big for the Browns as they have been looking for an answer at quarterback for some time now. Many believe that the team will be drafting a quarterback in the first round of the NFL Draft.

Despite being benched for Kirk Cousins midway through the 2014 season, Robert Griffin III has had a pretty good career with the Redskins. He has racked up almost 8,100 yards and 40 touchdowns in three seasons.

Could Griffin be the answer the Browns have been looking for since reforming in Cleveland in the ’90s?
