Stephen F. Austin invited Stone Cold to second round game

Stephen F. Austin pulled off a big upset in the NCAA Tournament Friday night, beating the No. 3 seed, West Virginia. The Lumberjacks are excited for their Round of 32 game on Sunday, so they want to pack the house in Brooklyn.

One celebrity that watched the Lumberjacks’ upset was former WWE superstar and Austin, Texas native “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. He retweeted fans’ reactions to the big win and was pretty happy for the Lumberjacks.

The Lumberjacks took to Twitter and decided to invite Austin to the game Sunday afternoon.

Hey @steveaustinBSR – if you're in Brooklyn on Sunday, we'll save a seat for you. #AxeEm #MarchMadness

Austin is a pretty busy man, but it would probably be pretty difficult for him to make an impromptu trip to the Northeast. However, it would still be pretty cool to see him at Madison Square Garden, where he is pretty well-known himself.

Stephen F. Austin, who just won their second NCAA Tournament game in the last three years, will face off with Notre Dame on Sunday as they look for their first Sweet Sixteen appearance in team history.
