Wisconsin stuns Xavier on buzzer beater

In what has been one of the craziest NCAA Tournaments we have seen in some time, the upsets continue to come as the Wisconsin Badgers, who have had a roller coaster of a season, put away the No. 2 seed Xavier on a crazy buzzer-beating shot by Bronson Koenig.

The game looked like it would be going to over time, but Koenig and the Badgers had something to say about that. With the game tied at 63 and the ball, Koenig got the in-bounds pass and nailed the last second shot to send the Badgers to the Sweet Sixteen for the fifth team in the six tournaments.

Nobody really expected the Badgers to get as far as they have so far. The team, who went to two straight Final Fours, essentially started over with a clean slate entering the season and even had longtime head coach Bo Ryan resign midway through the season.

The Badgers move on to play the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the Sweet Sixteen Friday March, 25.
