Florida State football coach Jimbo Fisher was involved in a two-vehicle accident over the weekend but did not suffer any injuries, according to ESPN.
Per the report, Fisher’s accident occurred at an intersection a mile away from Tallahassee’s Doak Campbell Stadium on Saturday morning. The longtime Seminoles coach was en route to his team’s second spring scrimmage and was, as the report stated, uninjured.
The same cannot be said for the two passengers in the other car. One complained of shoulder, hip and back pain while the other reported pain in their neck, back and head. Both were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The good news is that local police don’t believe that drugs or alcohol were a factor in the accident, with wet roads being cited as the primary cause of the accident. Even better news is that nobody was seriously injured.
