Mississippi State head coach Dan Mullen does some pretty cool things during both the season and his off-days. Whether he can be seen wearing Yeezy’s or just being a cool dude, Mullen is one of the more outgoing coaches and this possibly why he is taking on the Boston Marathon.
Mullen made the announcement of running the Boston Marathon later this month and he hopes to get pledges to make money for his charity, the Mullen Family Foundation, which supports the youth of Mississippi. He says that he hopes to break four hours, according to the Associated Press’s David Brandt.
MSU's Dan Mullen says he's running Boston Marathon in April. Hopes to break 4 hours. It's his 1st race of any kind – much less a marathon.

Mullen said, MSU fans can donate and track him. Said Ole Miss fans can do the same and cheer the pain on his face at miles 21-26.

Dan Mullen has currently raised $14,000 and has a reported goal of $36,000. This is certainly a great thing he is doing for the state of Mississippi.
The Boston Marathon is scheduled to take place on Monday, April 18.
