Johnny Manziel Moves In With Von Miller, Wants to play for Denver

Time and time again, Johnny Manziel has made promises to put a stop to his out-of-control lifestyle. The former Aggie has admitted he needed help, and even attended rehab. But in the end, he has always gone back to a life of excessive partying and drinking.

But could the troubled quarterback actually be serious about helping himself this time?

According to a statement from Manziel to TMZ, he is now living with Denver linebacker and former Aggies teammate Von Miller. Manziel claims to be getting his life back on track, and has a strong desire to continue playing football.

“I’m living out here with my guy, Von Miller. Everybody knows Von Miller… I’m living with him now, we’re getting our lives together.”

Manziel went on to talk about how much he admired the Broncos organization, and that it was his team of choice to play for. But he also said that for any team to pick him up “would be a blessing.”

And Miller is really pushing to have Manziel under center in Denver.

“If I had to make my decision on it, he would already be with the Broncos”, Miller told the media last Friday.

Though the Broncos are in need of a strong quarterback, the team is definitely leery of Manziel’s off the field issues. Denver head coach Gary Kubiak met with Johnny Manziel last week, but there was no serious discussion of a contract.
