The 2016 Masters has been a very interesting tournament this year and everything came to a head on Sunday. Danny Willet won the green jacket on Sunday after Jordan Spieth saw his lead crumble on the back nine.
Spieth went on a tear in the front nine, sinking four birdies in a row and building as much as a five-stroke lead. However, the back nine proved to be his downfall as he bogeyed both 10 and 11 and then quadruple bogeyed 12 to fall behind for the first time since he lost to Bubba Watson at the 2014 tournament.

Danny Willett won his first major championship in his near eight-year career as he previously finished sixth at the 2015 Open Championship. He became the first player from England to win the Masters since Nick Faldo in 1996 and just the second Englishman ever.
The even better story for Willett is the fact that he was the last person to even show up at Augusta National. His wife gave birth to their first child on March 30.
