The Clemson Tigers’ bright orange uniforms already do a good job of making the football team’s players look sharp on the field, but they could be looking even sharper in 2016. In a video posted to the football program’s official Twitter, star quarterback Deshaun Watson starred as he modeled the Tigers’ new “Mach Speed” uniforms.
Though Clemson’s old-school look the past several years was great, there’s no denying that an upgrade into the 21st century was due. By making the tiger paw more prominent and adding numbers to the shoulders of the jerseys, not to mention a sweet-looking helmet, Clemson sets itself up for some strong sales of this look.
Just how many times these jerseys will be worn during the regular season has not been said, but there’s no doubt that they’ll be the talk of campus leading up into whatever game will feature them.
