Jalen Tabor confident on beating Tennessee in 2016

Now that Vernon Hargreaves has moved on to the NFL, Jalen Tabor is the next man up for the Florida Gators. He is looking to be a big part of their success in the 2016 season and he seems pretty excited to hit the field against the Tennessee Volunteers.

Right now, the Volunteers are the favorite to win the SEC East ahead of the 2016 season. However, Tabor said the Gators, who have won the last 11 games against Tennessee, are pretty confident about winning a twelfth straight game.

He mentioned that experts have already picked the Volunteers to win the East this year and how he feels sorry for them. He then said the Gators would “make it 12 years in a row this year” by beating Tennessee. Tabor has since deleted those tweets.

However, he did seem to take a shot at former Tennessee quarterback Peyton Manning and his luck against the Florida Gators.

As if the Volunteers didn’t already have enough reason to hate Jalen Tabor and the Gators. It looks like this game is going to be one to watch.

The two teams face off in Knoxville on September 24.
