Ken Jeong comments on hate of Grayson Allen

Just about every year, there seems to be a new Duke basketball player that every fan other than one of the Blue Devils absolutely hates. Rising junior point guard Grayson Allen is that player this year and it seems like the hate is growing for him more and more every day.

Ken Jeong, the actor that played Mr. Chow in “The Hangover” trilogy, joined SportsCenter on Thursday and was asked about the growing hate of Allen. Jeong, who is an avid Blue Devil fan as he did his undergraduate studies there, said that the hate has grown almost to the same level as Christian Laettner.

If you are a Duke player, to be compared to Laettner probably isn’t all that bad. However, he is one of the most-hated figures in all of college sports and even has a documentary named after him titled “I Hate Christian Laettner.”

Grayson Allen isn’t on that level of hate just yet, but if he is caught tripping anymore players next season, there is no doubt that will skyrocket.
