Photo: Wayne Selden Jr. shows off collection of college jerseys

Former Kansas guard Wayne Selden Jr. wore a number of different jerseys during his time with the Jayhawks, from the standard home and away duds to vintage jerseys worn for certain special occasions. Sure enough, the former McDonald’s All-American and five-star talent from Boston has amassed quite a collection of Kansas jerseys, and he took to Instagram to show off his collection.

It’s hard to pick a favorite out of this group, as Kansas jerseys define panache and classic. However, if I had to pick one, I’d have to go with the vintage all-whites with the blue cursive writing on them. There’s just something classic about them that sticks out. Sure, they aren’t sharp and flashy like Kansas’ current unis, but they still have their place in Selden’s collection.

Selden will soon trade in his Jayhawks jersey for the one of whichever NBA team drafts him in June, but the years he spent in Lawrence won’t soon be forgotten.
