LeSean McCoy case to be re-examined by Attorney General

Pennsylvania Solicitor General Bruce Castor said that the attorney general’s office will take a second look into Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy’s involvement in a bar brawl in Philadelphia that left off-duty police officers injured.

“I think it’s completely accurate to say LeSean McCoy and anyone else allegedly involved in this incident are not totally cleared,” Castor said to CBS Philly.

This is certainly an interesting development, as Philadelphia DA Seth Williams opted to not file charges against McCoy due to what he described as insufficient evidence.

And given how the NFL still hasn’t investigated the incident, but is likely to, McCoy could soon find himself in some hot water again. The league’s personal conduct policy is sure to take something like this seriously and depending on what the attorney general’s office uncovers, don’t be shocked if McCoy ends up missing some of the 2016 season.
