The USC Trojans are one of the most storied programs in college sports, and the logo of either the interlocking SC or the Trojan warrior has become synonymous with USC itself. However, even USC higher-ups thought it was time to give the logo something of a makeover and after working with Nike, a new one was created.
A picture of the logo, which actually isn’t terrible, was posted to Twitter by Scott Wolf of The Los Angeles Times.

USC basically hit a home run with this logo, which was designed with Nike’s help over the past 18 months. Not only was the Trojan upgraded as it needed to be, but traditionalists were also satisfied in that the USC football helmets are not going to change whatsoever.
