Mississippi State Rebels quarterback Dak Prescott will be entering this year’s NFL Draft, and apparently he has a doppelganger when it comes to playing style.
According to ESPN’s Ron Jaworski, Prescott bears a striking resemblance to former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb.
The analyst stated, “Dak Prescott is a guy that I really, really like. He reminds me to a certain degree of Donovan McNabb, coming out of Syracuse. He had that mobility, played in that unique style of offense, had a lot of play-action. I’m telling you, Prescott has been very impressive with his ability to throw the football.”
Jaworksi isn’t the only one to speak highly of Prescott.
Current Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley had the experience of coaching Prescott during this year’s Senior Bowl.
Bradley claimed that he saw Prescott as a “natural leader” and that “guys really gravitated towards him” when he spent time with the Bulldogs quarterback.
