Nick Mangold heckled Penguins at yesterday’s Rangers game

New York Jets offensive lineman Nick Mangold was showing his support for another team in his town on Tuesday night, when the New York Rangers hosted the Pittsburgh Penguins at Madison Square Garden in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

During the game, Mangold was easy to notice as he stood behind the Penguins bench, heckling players throughout.

Of course, since we live in the digital age, there was photo evidence.

Mangold was reportedly so rowdy that security had to ask him to calm down numerous times, per the New York Post. But, alas, Mangold acted like he didn’t know what was going on.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” Mangold reportedly said.

Unfortunately for Mangold and the rest of the Rangers fans in attendance, like quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, the Rangers fell to Pittsburgh. At least everyone seemed to have some fun.
