5-Star WR Devonta Smith tweets top 10 list

17-year-old Devonta Smith has big plans for his football career after as he finishes out his last year at Amite High School. The Louisiana native released his top 1o list of schools that he is considering committing to after receiving a total of 20 offers from schools all around the country.

Not a single program he mentioned by Smith was a small time one by any means.

The teams he is looking at joining are (in no particular order), Miami, Baylor, LSU, Florida State, USC, Nebraska, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi State.

The young wide receiver tweeted a graphic showcasing his list, and also made sure to express his thanks to all of the prestigious programs that had shown interest in him:

Though Smith himself has not confirmed any extreme preference towards one program or another, 247 sports believes that the 5-star player will absolutely commit to Nick Saban’s Alabama football team, perhaps the biggest rival to his home state school, LSU.
