Former Ohio State star running back Ezekiel Elliott will become a first-round pick in the NFL Draft tomorrow, with Chicago hosting the event for the second year in a row, but Elliott has arrived in the Windy City a day early.
What is Elliott doing in Chicago so early? Why, meeting with Ohio State alumni, of course! Video of him interacting with alums and signing autographs was posted to Twitter by the football program.

This was a great PR move on Elliott’s part, as it paints him as a player who won’t have an issue doing community outreach work for any NFL team. Moreover, it makes him come off as unselfish and a true team player, which is also important for rookies to showcase.
Just where Elliott is selected tomorrow remains to be seen but with his stock as high as it is, this video only ups it further. Stay tuned to Campus Sports for further updates on Elliott’s path to the NFL!
