The Dallas Cowboys hold the fourth overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft tonight. They have a lot of options with that pick and it seems like a good number of the players hope they decide to go with Florida State cornerback Jalen Ramsey.
Stacey Dales joined NFL Network’s Path to the Draft Thursday morning and talked about how she has been following the Cowboys throughout the entire draft process. She mentioned that the team has gone over a number of mock draft scenarios and said that their decision at No. 4 hinges on what the San Diego Chargers do with the third overall pick.
She then went on to say that “a lot of the players are hoping for Jalen Ramsey at No. 4.”
The Cowboys have a big decision to make and many believe it is down to three players for them: Ramsey, Ohio State defensive end Joey Bosa or Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott.
Nothing is set in stone for the Cowboys until their pick is actually called by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, but whatever happens, I am sure the Dallas fan base will have something to say, both negative and positive.
