Vernon Adams posts inspirational message after going undrafted

Former Eastern Washington and Oregon quarterback Vernon Adams did not get selected in the 2016 NFL Draft, but he knows that his dream of playing in the NFL is certainly not over. He took to Instagram after his disappointing weekend and let everyone know that he was going to keep fighting to achieve his goal.

It certainly looks like Adams keeping his head up is going to work out in the end for him. NFL.com’s Rand Getlin reported that Adams will be getting a tryout with the Seattle Seahawks at rookie camp next week.

For him to stay on the West Coast would be a very good thing, but it would be even better to see him return to the state he dominated during his first run in college. Vernon Adams threw for over 10,000 yards and 115 touchdowns during his three years at Eastern Washington.
