Video: Cam Newton grants awesome wish for Make-A-Wish boy

Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton has come so far since being drafted first overall out of Auburn in 2011, from his performance on the field to his community outreach off of it.

It just so happens that earlier this week, Newton teamed up with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to grant the wish of an 11-year-old boy named Noah, who was born with a condition called Klippel-Trenaunay. The condition prevents blood vessels from forming properly, so Noah suffers from regular blood clots and also has a protein deficiency.

Noah is also a huge Cam Newton fan, so Newton flew him and his family to North Carolina for a tour of Bank of America Stadium, a round of bowling and a trip to a Charlotte Hornets game, where they watched from a suite. Check it out below!

It’s clear that Newton and Noah had a lot of fun together, and Noah’s day was made. It just goes to show that though Newton is a star NFL player, he’s just a man above all else.
