The Alabama football team could be adding some serious speed to the Class of 2017.
According to reports, the Crimson Tide have submitted an official offer to four-star running back Chuba Hubbard, who also happens to be a promising track star in Canada.

“I love football and track so much, and both have helped me become the athlete I am,” Hubbard said, via the Edmonton Journal. “I get my aggression, push and drive from football and I get my speed in football from track.”
Hubbard placed fourth in the 2015 IAAF world youth championships and he is set to participate in the 2016 world junior track and field championships in Kazan, Russia. With a personal best of 10.55 seconds in the 100-meter, it is safe to say he has some incredible speed to bring to the field.
While Oregon is expected to land Hubbard, he could end up making a surprising decision to play in the SEC with an offer from the reigning national champions on the schedule.
