Knicks beat writer, ‘McLovin’ officially have Twitter beef

Twitter is a massive social media medium in the world today and anyone can connect through just a simple words in a 140-character message. It looks like New York Knicks beat writer Frank Isola did that Monday night when he and actor Christopher Mintz-Plasse, best known for his work as “McLovin” in “Superbad,” got into a Twitter fight.

However, Isola wasn’t the first to throw any kind of punches in the Twitterverse.

“McLovin” actually called out the beat writer when #goawayisola began to get pretty popular.

Isola responded and the fight was on.

If Knicks fans were feeling pretty low after their disappointing season, they can take some solace in the fact that one of their more popular beat writers got into an entertaining Twitter fight with the quintessential Hollywood nerd.
