UFC 198 results: Stipe Miocic claims heavyweight title

UFC 198 is in the books, after a crowd of nearly 50,000 packed into Arena da Baixada in Curitiba, Parana, Brazil. In the main event of the night, challenger Stipe Miocic stunned the crowd with a dominating first-round knockout over Fabricio Werdum to claim the heavyweight title.

Earlier in the night, Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza scored a dominant win of his own over Vitor Belfort, while Cris Cyborg put on a brilliant performance in her Octagon debut.

Also on the card were amazing performances from Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, Thiago Marreta and Demian Maia.
