On Tuesday night, the basketball world will learn who will hold the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft as the NBA Draft Lottery takes place. Entering tonight, the Philadelphia 76ers hold the greatest chances of bringing home the top pick and having their choice of the top college basketball prospects.
To make things more interesting, historic franchises like the Los Angeles Lakers and Boston Celtics are the only other teams with greater than a 15 percent chance to land the top pick.
