The Tennessee Titans selected Heisman Trophy winner Derrick Henry in the second-round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
The former Alabama Crimson Tide star is known as a hard runner between the tackles and a nightmare for defenders he runs at head on, but he is going to need to work on his footwork if he really wants to excel at the next level.
Judging by a video posted on Instagram by Paul Kuharsky of ESPN.com, Henry has a really long way to go.
The video shows Derrick Henry going through footwork drills during rookie minicamp and calling it a disaster may actually be too kind. You can see his struggles below:

Of course, agility has never been Henry’s strongest attribute. He prefers to run right through defenders. Unfortunately, that doesn’t project to a long-term career in the NFL.
Let’s hope Henry can continue to improve and add some wiggle in his game.
