Nebraska QB Tommy Armstrong Jr. catches massive catfish

Nebraska quarterback Tommy Armstrong Jr. seems to be improving on the field for the Cornhuskers, but he proved that he does not need to improve his fishing skills. The Texas native showed off the giant catfish he caught when he was back home for a visit on Tuesday.

He posted a photo of him struggling to hold the fish, which is at least three feet long, to his Instagram Tuesday night. It is certainly impressive and proves his notability as a decent fisherman.

Everything’s bigger in Texas !!!!!!! 🐟🔥😎😎

I’m sure Nebraska fans are hoping his is as good of a football player this year as he is a fisherman.

During the 2015 season, Tommy Armstrong threw for 3,030 yards and 22 touchdowns, while rushing for 400 yards and seven touchdowns.
