2016 Heisman Trophy: Top five candidates from the Big 12

Going into the 2016 season, the Big 12 only seems to have one real candidate for the Heisman Trophy, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t some talented players that could make run for it.

It should be a fun year in the Big 12 as it is one of the strongest offensive conferences in the country.

One lone running back is looking to make a name for himself after a rather disappointing 2015 season. There is one quarterback that seems to be a big favorite for the award with the other three on the outside looking in.
